Toyota chose Scantron to create their online customer service surveys. They wanted a sleek, user-friendly user interface that could display elements of their brand throughout the experience.

I created the user-interface of this customer satisfaction survey. I built each page to have a different header and background image that would relate to the customer. For example, if they bought a hybrid, a hybrid theme would appear. If the customer bought a truck, a truck theme would appear.
